It IS shopped.
The proof is in the other picture:
The first adapter is a SERIAL 25-PIN TO 9-PIN ADAPTER.... not a parallel port adapter.

Don't know about epic.. but at least it's FAIL.

Also, parallel ports do not provide power pins, hence the flash drive wouldn't power up.
